how/where can i get a job airbrushing temp tattoos?

I know I can't just set up anywhere, as I need a business lisence. Our teacher once suggested going to a store or event and asking them permission to work there... but where should i start? what kind of place would want an airbrush tattooing set up? i thought something christmasy with kids would be fun, but...??

Knowing how to spell license might help your search. I've worked at lots of places that have them- Universal Citywalk in Hollywood has had them, but not right now, try there. Any place that has an amusement park, carnival, or mall atmosphere.
