Where do you put Sims 3 packages after installing Ambitions?

I have Sims 3 1.14 and Ambitions 4.2.
My CC (packages) won't show up?

Okay, so first your going to have to update your game to the highest update possible. Then, you need to go into your Sims 3 files under Electronic Arts, you need to create a folder and name it Mods, with all of your other files. Place it between Library and Recorded Videos. Then you need to download something, go to here http://skuld.modthesims.info/Resource.cfg and save this file to your newly created mods folder, I'm not sure if its .rar if it is unzip it. Then once your done with that, click to create a new folder inside of your Mods folder and name it 'Packages', start saving your Sims 3 package files to there. Once your done, your .sims3package files should show up in your game. Hope I helped!

You might be interested in knowing David Biegler's background.
