What is the best, most protective sunscreen easily available in the US?

I have really pale skin & I have to wear sunscreen all the time to avoid burning. I have the sort of skin that spontaneously combusts in strong sunlight. I normally buy European sunscreens online because they are a lot better than the sunscreens I've tried that are available in the US. I use La Roche Posay Anthelios Dermo-Pediatrics SPF 50 sunscreen, but it's hard to get. I'd rather buy something that's easily available in drugstores.
