How to use a Self Tanner?

I recently purchased an Arbonne Made in the Shade Self Tanner. I heard it looks completely natural but on the directions it says "Do not spray directly on face." I don't really want to have a tan body and a pale face. What should I do? Btw, I don't want to wear darker makeup to cover the paleness. Thanks much

well, if the package says 'do not spray directly onto face' that does not imply that you can't use it on your face, just don't spray the product directly onto it. I'd spray it in your hands and rub on, but be sure to rub it in really well, to avoid streaks! And remember to exfoliate first, to get rid of dead skin and allow your tan to last longer
