hiya guys, i wanted to breed my dog to keep his babe, now i feel guilty after watching tv about some abused do?

im so thick i didnt really think that anyone would hurt a pet, after seeing so many sad stories i dont want another dog to breed and i want all off the helpless dogs.... ok not possible, what should we do as a nation to stop dogs getting hurt i mean oh i dono help guys
