Whole foods, especially plenty of fruits and vegetables. Limit or eliminate caffeine (can make your skin dry), alcohol, and smoking, all can make your skin look older and dryer than it should. This is not meant to be an ignorant, racist comment. I was genuinely wondering if people with much darker skin complexions get beauty marks. When I trying to recall friends who are of a darker complexion, I honestly can't remember if they had beauty marks or not, but for the majority I don't remember beauty marks on them. Anyway, thanks for any feed back.

Yes, they do. You just can't see them as easily because of the dark skin.
