i shower every night before bed, which means im wearing fresh clothing. is it healthy for me to wear underwear to sleep even if it is fresh or what?

i need to know, i dont want a yeast infection.

I wear underwear to sleep every night and I've never had a yeast infection, but I have heard that it is okay to not wear underwear and just let it breathe or whatever, but I feel more comfortable when I do.
