What is the best way to go about tanning? Tanning Beds, or a bronzing bed?

Also, what lotion, or lotions, should I use? I have been using Denim and Diamonds by Swedish beauty, it has a cooling effect.. Is that helpful of my tan? I have gone about four times and I have recieved good results, but we are going on vacation soon and I want to be a good bit darker than I am now... Any answers would be helpful... Please and thank you...

Bronzing beds will get you tanner faster so if you want to get tan fast I would go that way and I don't know how well Swedish Beauty products work but I use Designer Skin and I love them. You should be using something with multiple bronzers and a little bit of tingle.
