Webkinz Missing Items: Please Help, Because Webkinz Won't!?

Today I adopted my tenth Webkinz, and I received a Big Top Super Bed, Koala TV, and a Venus Flytrap. I was checking the value of the items to see how much they retail for when you sell back to the WShop, and I then removed them from the boxes. All of a sudden, a popup appeared saying that Webkinz had encountered a problem and needed to close. So I logged back in, and all 3 items were not either in my dock, or in my room, not even was I reimbursed for these exclusive items! I contacted Webkinz, but I seriously doubt that they will do anything about it, they rarely help anyone! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Help is highly appreciated.

Well, since this has happened to me here is what i did:

I contacted ganz immediately (this was my first super bed and i was not just going to let it go=]!!)

then randomly the next day it showed up.

So... here is my suggestion: log back in a couple of times and also retry refreshing your server. This will sometimes help!
