Has anyone here that was tall and skinny become pretty big and buff?

because ive been trying to put on some weight. im pretty ripped but im tall and skinny and ive been working out for 4 years already. My workouts are pretty tense so its not like im slacking. I just wanna get big. my wrist is so skinny

My step brother went to jail for 2 years and when he came out I barely recognized him he was a friggin musclely dude I'll tell you what.
