i would like to know about the TiNi black blade that sog offers. will the black get scratched from sharpening or other things?

the Titanium Nitride coating will eventually show wear if you rub it along any abrasive surface. If you can manage to only run the beveled portions of the blade edge along the stone it won't cause any scratches. Even the softer finishes like BT2 take a good deal of abuse before they really start wearing down.
