can i use a self tanning face cream on my body?

i know this sounds stupid but its the only thing i have.

also, would using a self tanner help you tan faster when you're in the sun?

Self-tanners don't help you tan faster in the sun and they don't have an SPF in them, unless you can now purchase them with SPF, not that I know of anyway. Yes, you can use the face tanner on your body. However, if your self-tanner isn't new this year, throw it out or it will streak you up and you'll look like a tan and not so tan zebra! Start out with fresh self-tanner each year.
