How often i shd have body scrub?

My mom say, its not good for my age(i m 24) to have body scrub every month. Is it true, more often you do it the more skin tends to loosen?

What is a a sugar body scrub?

Sugar scrubs are a great way to exfoliate your skin, they soften and smooth skin, and improve circulation, leaving you with a healthy glow.  When you exfoliate your skin, you remove the dead skin cells and surface dirt, which allows your skin to absorb more moisture, and encourage new cell growth.  Typically, it's best to exfoliate about once a week, if you do it too often or to hard, you can irritate the skin, so be gentle.  There are several different types of sugar scrubs, ours are a foaming scrub, and can be used as you would use soap. this is a sweet tooth for your skin that wont leave a cavity.
so what is a sugar body scrub made from?
Sugar scrubs are made with just what you think sugar, but there is a little more to it than that, the first thing you need is a base usually this is a whipped soap or a cream soap add some special oils like rice oil and some glycerin, you then can add your cane sugar, raw sugar add fragrance oil for the lasting scent and color that you desire the end result after all the adding and whipping should be a beautiful almost like cake frosting batter this is your sugar body scrub.
now sugar scrubs are easy to use for those of you that havent tried them, heres how easy it is
In the shower, scoop a small amount of scrub into your hands, and rub all over your body, pay extra attention to rougher areas such as elbows and feet.  Be extra gentle if you use this product on your face, exfoliation is great for the face, but be gentle. Rinse to remove, and you're ready to go.
See not as bad as you might have thought, it is typical to be weary of trying new things and new products, always be aware of any alergic reactions you may have to any product and test it out before you go and put it all over your body, take a little and test it on your arm or a small patch of skin, most people can use scrubs without a proble but as I said it is always good to test any product on a little patch of skin first just to be safe.
Once you have tried a sugar scrub I will bet you will use it all the time, and you will be amazed at how great your skin feels after losing all that dead skin, and the good part is your dentist wont mind.
