Best bronzer I can get from Macy's/MAC?

So i'm going to the mall tomarrow and I really want a new bronzer to make my face look sunkissed, because no matter how tan my body gets, my face kinda stays the same. and its not been a very sunny summer :/

So any how, I can go to the MAC counter or macy's tomarrow and get a bronzer, so what would you suggest that fall into what I like in a bronzer? I'm thinking about getting Mac's matte bronze bronzing powder.

-don't like much shimmer
-want to look tan, and not just slightly sunkissed
-a luminous healthy glow

I want to spend around $25 dollars. a little more or less is fine.

so what would you suggest? or should I get Mac's matte bronze bronzing powder.

My skin tone is fair-medium.

I have one of Macs but can't think of the shade. It's the lightest one though. But it does have shimmer that is obvious outside. I like Benefit's Hula. I am fair medium too and I love it.
