How can I tan without making my skin age?

I want to have a real tan not a fake tan product. These two last years I've became two shades of foundation lighter than my "natural" skin tone because I've used sun protection SPF 50+/ PA +++ almost everyday. I wanted to clear my skin of old acne scars and when you use skin clarifying products it's better to use it with sun protection.
I feel that my skin is pretty even now but when I don't wear any foundation on my face I look really pale and it doesn't suit me at all.
What I like about sun protection is that it prevents premature aging of the skin but it also prevents from tanning.
What would be the best method to go back to my more tanned complexion without harming my skin with UVA and UVB? I know a lot of people use sprays and creams for self tanning but I don't like a fake tan I'm just looking to be truly more tanned. At the moment I have to apply bronzer or darker foundation everyday so that I don't look dead but it's not as natural as a real healthy tan.

It's good that you are wearing sunscreen with uv-a protection, no sunscreen can 100% block out the uv-a rays though, so you could wear a moisturizer with antioxidants at night to( the uv rays that have reached the skin will not be harmful that way).
and if you want to look more tan without using a lower SPF and being in the sun, you have to choose between makeup (foundation and bronzers) or self tanners.
a darker foundation can indeed look unnatural (and it's a lot of work). you could go to a salon to get a spray tan.
if you want to do it yourself, I'd recommend st. tropez (the foam version, pigmented, not too dark or too light, looks best if you leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off)
you can't tan without aging, so it's the best option.
