Get the Ways to Use Cream Blush

It is very important to start with a clean slate. Use a gentle cleanser with a light exfoliant. It is important to make sure that it is hypoallergenic. Your face is a very sensitive area and it won’t take much to irritate it and make things worse. Whether you are in the shower or standing at the sink, gently apply a small amount, about the size of a pea, onto your face and softly rub onto face in an upwards motion, your forehead and left-right motion.

Choose a Shade, Pinch your cheeks gently so they flush –this is the blush tone that suits you. As a rule, light peach and pink flatters pale skin, apricot and terracotta give warmth to olive complexions, reddish and coral tones compliment darker skin. Cream and gels blend easily but use powder if you’re prone to acne.

Remove the seal from the sifter, and place the Bronzer brush directly against the sifter holes. Turn both upside down and tap the jar just a little so some powders gets on the brush bristles. Lift the brush and gently tap the bottom of it on a flat surface to settle the powder into the head. Gently brush the Bronzer on cheeks, cheekbones, and anywhere else you want to add warm tones. The only mistake you can make is to use too much. For darker color, apply a second layer.

When applying blush it is helpful to know what shape your face is and apply accordingly. Follow these steps for the best look. Follow the shape of your face and find the apple (the rounded part) of your cheek. Dip your brush or applicator into the blush and tap it to shake of the excess. Look into the mirror and smile. Find the apple of your cheek once again and apply following the natural contour of your cheek down along to your hairline. Blend the color so there is no line; you want the look and color to seem natural. Use a large brush and if you put on to much dab over with face powder. Bring out your natural blush with these tips and let your beauty shine!

The best way to pick your blush color is by the other colors you are wearing. Especially your lipstick. If you are wearing a pink lipstick you should wear a pink blush. Therefore it is important to have a few different colors of blush. If you are using a cream blush, the same rules apply. Start lightly and blend well.

Apply on the apples of your cheeks in a circular motion, working outwards and slightly upward. Apply sparingly as the coverage is build able. It is easier to add more blush than to have to wash off your make up if you slab too much on. Cream blush can be worn on bare skin or over foundation. I love to mix it with liquid high-liter for a fresh, dewy look. If you are oily, powder blush is a better option.
