Does hot pink look good on cool skin tones?

I saw a hot pink wool coat at Old Navy and can't decide if it looks good on me or not. I have a cool skin tone - pale skin, brown hair, and blue eyes.

Who typically looks good in hot pink? Warm or cool tones? Tans?

I think it'll look good as long as you don't have a lot of pink in your skin tone. Pink clothes/makeup shades usually bring out the pink in your skin and make it pinker and more intense, so you'd probably want to avoid that unless you like yourself with a lot more color.
