How can you avoid cancer and what is the state of cancer research today?


I've heard a little bit about treatments for the different types of cancer and the efforts in curing cancer. (Are there any types of cancer that have been cured? In short, what's the progress on that?)

I need help in putting it all into perspective.

I've heard that in the 21st century, we focus on prevention as the best cure.

For example:
We brush our teeth, use fluoride, tooth floss, and mouth wash to prevent cavities and gum disease.
We use sunblock to avoid burns.
We eat a healthy diet to avoid hunger and malnutrition.
etc.

What are some tips or resource regarding how to prevent cancer? Things to keep in mind on a daily basis?

Golden Tips for Hair Problems

Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and getting plenty of rest is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.

Rinse your hair with baking soda and water to rid your hair of shampoo build-up and styling residues. Rinsing your hair with one juiced lemon and one cup of water is said to bring life and shine back to dull hair. Apple cider vinegar mixed with water will give your hair shine and bounce.

To prevent bleached hair from turning green in the pool, wet the hair with clean water first or put condition in the hair so that it soaks up something else first befor it hits the pool water.

Be easy on wet hair, it stretches more when wet and could cause breakage or brittle hair. Use a large tooth comb or brush, not a briste brush untill it is dry.

Take amla (100gm), shikaki (100gm), brahmi booti (10gm), shilajit (1/2 gm), anaarchhilka (20gm), bhringraj (10 gm). Soak them overnight in an iron utensil. Blend and make a paste. Apply well into the scalp. Keep it for 1-2 hours and wash it off with warm water.
