Care Face Lips

can I use normal moisturiser on my lips?

my lips are very very chapped, they're cracking and bleeding etc. I just put some Simple Derma Intensive Relief cream on them and so far it seems to have helped BUT is there some kind of beauty/skin care rule that says don't use moisturisers designed for skin on your lips? This particular one says its for hands, body and face.
The reason my lips are so dodgy is beacuase I am 3 weeks into my course of Roaccutane.
