What's the best self-tanning lotion?

I'm not looking for one that's very expensive- so those about to suggest Clarins or Elizabeth Arden- I'll pass. I'd heard that Jergens was really good and gradual... But what about streaks or buildup around wrists, knees, and ankles? Can you put it on your face?

I LOVEd Clarins but yeah the cost was well.....$$$
I've switched to L'Oreal Sublime Bronze and it's pretty much the only one I will use now. Works very well, has an instant bronzer which is a one two bonus. It gives you a nice instant glow AND it helps you see where you've applied so you don't get streaky or miss spots.
Jergens Daily and Nivea Daily are good choices as well. They are much more subtle but good @ building maintaining color. All 3 do have formulas for face
