Wow! that's an amazing team, and very good variety. Seems like you will be able to beat a WIIIDE variety of trainers with! Also a lot of powerful attacks! This has definitely given me a good idea of what my team should be like! 10/10. (I don't have hg/ss yet but i am getting it when they get some more in)
Sheer Cold! Wow Lapras is a must have
Although this team doesn't seem to have any HMs. They are GREAT in battle but you might want to consider how your going to get around (Surfing, flying etc.)

Blood E2M6 - The Cold Rush
Warcraft Levelling - Are You Good, Or Are You Macho?
Levelling up costs gold. Doesn't it? Or do you make gold? It's like that question a friend asked me recently "Is mint hot or cold"? Wel, which is it?
The thing is you could make a load of WoW gold while levelling, but most players don't.
For instance, did you know how many ways your own personal gold output can vary? Were you aware of the things that happen in game that either lose you gold, or force you to waste what you have?
One of the main gold sinks is repair. Now we all know that repair starts off at a very low level, a couple of silver to get your full level 15 kit back to pristine condition, great. At level 80 this could rise to 10g or more (depending on how late you leave it).
One of the main reasons for this is that people tend to push their characters too early. You get to level ten with a character that you believe is well equipped and think;
"I'll take on those level 11 and 12 mobs".
It works for a few minutes, then three of them catch you, and you're dead.
The psychology of the game drives you to do this. It says "You want to be better; you need to advance quickly, test yourself"
In fact this is not a good idea at all. The best way to level is against mobs that are one or two levels below you. Mobs that you comfortably manage in groups of three or four.
The maths is quite easy. Unless the mobs are more than 4 levels below you, you will get around 90% of the XP you would get for a mob your level or even higher. The difference being you will run through mobs a couple of levels below you and massively increase your XP per hour and your gold per hour.
Four is the magic number here. So if you are level 40 say, take mobs as low as 36 and you will be rushing XP, so an area where the mobs average between 36 and 38 would be ideal for you.
If you think;
"But higher level mobs drop more valuable loot"...then think again. While they do have "slightly" better loot, the same rough calculation for gold applies as it does for XP.
Kill more mobs (more mobs = more loot) you will actually make more gold killing mobs a couple of levels below you.
I know it's macho to push yourself, but do you want to level as quickly as you can, spending less on repair and making more gold from loots..Or do you want to be macho?
