What type of brush does Almay intense i-color play up liquid liner have?

Is it felt tip or tapered? and is it easy to use?

The brush is tapered. It is fairly easy to use, but the liner takes at least 2 minutes to dry. If your not careful, it will get all over your eyes. It lasts a while, though.
