How do I use preparation H for eye bags? I bought a preparation H cooling gel, but it dries up really fast, is

that supposed to happen? I put on the gel and it dries up in 5 minutes and it soon becomes a dried sheet that peels off easily. Am I supposed to remove it and add more? Do i leave it on while I sleep? Somehow, after using it for a little bit, it feels like it made the eyebag bigger.
