What do you guys think about the new dove intensive damage repair conditioner?

I have damaged hair from blow drying and straightening everyday. Will this conditioner help?

I've had the conditioner for a long time and while it makes my hair super soft and silky and smells great, I don't think it helps much with the damage. I also have hair that is damaged from blow drying and flat ironing to the point that it looks fried. Honestly the best way to stop the damage is to minimize the usage of heat tools because they make hair very frizzy and cause breakage. Instead of using the Dove conditioner, I'm gonna try using Wen conditioner to see if it helps my poor hair. Btw I have coarse, thick hair.
