The appearance of dark underarms can be embarrassing. It mostly appears due to excess production of Melanin in our body. You can't imagine of wearing a sleeveless with this complication. Most people perform wrong methods for attaining a desirable skin which can be extremely dangerous in the long run. Dark underarms can occur for several reasons, and usually no one cause is to blame. The darkening of skin in this area is commonly due to a combination of sweating, deodorant use, and shaving. Thankfully, though, this problem can be resolved. Dark underarms can cause discomfort and embarrassment. Everyone wants to flaunt their arms by wearing sleeveless but the appearance of dark armpits usually prevents them. In order to get rid of this problem we should take up natural techniques. Most people take up shortcuts and under go laser and other surgeries that can be expensive as well as dangerous for your body.

Safety applies to the ingredients and the process an underarm whitening cream uses. The initial wave of products contained chemicals later found to cause problems. Mercury worked on dark skin, but then the health risks of mercury came to light. Whitening products containing steroids fell from favor due to health concerns. •    Mix equal amounts of gram flour, sandalwood powder, lime, and milk plus a pinch of turmeric powder. Leave on skin for 20 minutes then rinse.

•    Mix equal amounts of gram flour, yogurt and milk. Leave on skin for 20 minutes then rinse.

•    Mix equal amounts of sandalwood powder and rose water. Leave on skin and when it dries up, rinse well.

•    Apply sun tan lotions regularly.

•    Waxing must be done before bleaching. Bleaching the hair of the sensitive organs is never advisable.

•    Drinking enough water is extremely important for keeping your skin hydrated and fresh. You should drink 10-12 glasses of water daily.

•    One should include lots of high fibrous fruits and vegetables in his or her diet. It contains anti-oxidants, which can easily flush out toxins from your body.

•    Armpit peeling is like a chemical peel for your armpits. It can be done by a dermatologist and effectively removes the outermost layers of skin, which are the darkest.

However, several treatments may be necessary for full results to be seen.
