What is the Best Tanning Lotion?

I used to use Halo Dark Tanning Bronzer - which I liked because it blocked the UVB rays (that cause me to burn), as well as have caffeine in it (which I also want in a replacement). It has since been discontinued, and is no longer available anywhere (even ebay!)

Please help! I need a replacement/alternative that's just as good if not BETTER!

Also - I burn very easily, so one that doesn't just increase my skin's sensitivity.

I personally like to use Designer Skin's Black 20x tanning lotion....i think it runs around 85 bucks but I just love how soft it makes my skin feel. anyways thats just what i like...

& if you are really stuck on that particular lotion, have you looked at maybe some other lotions by that same brand? they may have something similar! hope this helps:)

Does Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula (with vitamin e) make fair skin darker?
I'm using it on my body to fade away some scars,but i am happy with my fair skin and don't wan't to get a darker tanned look (not that it's a bad thing,dark skin is beautiful!) because i don't think a tan would suit me,so will it effect my skin colour?
