Dark Tanning Oil Spf 15

What is some good tanning oil/ lotion? And any advice on tanning?

I've heard that both are safe, and lotion should be SPF 15.
I am as white as a cloud, and I want a good, dark, golden tan.
I've heard great reviews from Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Australian Gold, and some of Coppertone.
Also, any help on what to do after tanning?
AND, what's best to do after getting any Sunburn?
So please answer those, and give me a review of your favorite oil/lotion! Choose which ones best, and why.
And you can suggest any other tips.

You should use the lotion, the oil is really greasy. I really like the Australian Gold spray gel if you get the one with the instant bronzer beads in it. After tanning, apply one of those after lotions every day to keep your tan longer.

If you burn: Cold shower, drink lots of water, use aloe vera gel. But dont use other moisturizer, the oil in them irratates the burn.

Drink lots of water. Drinking around eight glasses a day can cleanse your system and hydrate your skin.

Tips for Those in Their 20s

At this age, you need to develop great skin-care habits:

-Wear sunscreen every day.

-Completely remove makeup at night.

-Acne at this age is caused by stress and hormone fluctuations -- don't pick at your face if you have blemishes.
