Delicate Skin Over

How can i even my skin tone?

For some reason I have noticed over the past 6 months that my complexion on my face has gone a little strange.

The skin around my eyes seems pale, yet the rest of my skin (especially on my cheeks) is more of a warmer pink colour.

So it looks like I have white panda 'eyes'. It is especially noticeable after I wash my face/have a shower and seems to subside slightly once i have applied moisturiser / let my skin settle.

However, it is still notiveable. I have oily/combination skin, am young and do not use sunbeds, etc. I rarely sunbathe either.

I do not use an exfoliator.

What can I do to even my skin tone - ane note we are talking of the 'delicate' eye area here as well.
