Has UPS slowed down their delivery speed to save money or something?

Is it just where I'm located, or has UPS slowed down their delivery speed altogether. Is this some plan to reduce costs? It's driving me crazy how they take 12 days to go from 1 state to the next. Anyone know?

UPS has lost a lot business because the drivers throw packages and are rude jerks. The only way you can get fast delivery is to pay for next day service. UPS takes just as long as the postal service. Use FedEx or DHL next time.

Organizations today are looking for ways to harness technology to reduce costs.
