Tanning bed!!?

I get in the tanning bed a few times a week.. almost everyday. It seemed like the level 1 tanning beds were not getting me as tan as i needed so i tried a level 2. During the time i was lying here a started feeling light headed and sick. When the 15 minutes were finally over and i stood up i felt as if i could faint.. It also made my skin feel very tight and weird for a few hours. I talked to one of my friends and they said the level 2 deluxe bed made them feel sick also.

Has anyone else ever had this happen?

and I would suggest not going tanning so much.. When you're under there for your 15 minutes you are being exposed to dangerous UV rays, and "tanning should not exceed the ability of the body’s protective pigment, melanin to protect the skin. During suntan the sunrays destroys the cells in the outer layer of the skin, in the process the tiny blood vessels underneath are destroyed. Further down, it destroys skin’s layers and damage elastic fibers in the skin. Repeated overexposure leads to wrinkled skin."

And that just says with Sun rays... Tanning beds have a concentrated amount of UVA and UVB rays right on your skin, which is even worse. It's like Spartan warriors attacking your skin, lol.

Be careful with your body, you only have one and you won't look as pretty later on if you keep tanning so often.
