Pimples? How to get rid of them and cover them up as best as possible while they're still there?

Hi guys, so i'm 15 and i have pimples. they're not that horrible, but pretty bad, but not like severe case. i was wondering how you could get rid of them, i've tried pretty much everything. so please dont suggest proactive or dermalogica. i heard vitamin d oil works if you put it on overnight every night for a couple weeks, does it work?

and the second part of my question is, which foundation is best to cover them up? don't tell me to leave them w/out makeup, b/c that's not an option. does dream matte mousse work well? i wanted to try it, but idk. i have oily skin but sometimes it's dry, and i have large pores, so would dream matte mousse work? thanks in advance
