my nose is very dry and red and is starting to get painful help please???!!?

my nose is red on both sides ...i use active moist dermalogica moisturizer and the solar defence booster spf 30 when its summer and winter mixed in my moisturizer i exfoliate two or three times a week as well healthy diet and excersice...i don't want anyone selling me any products!!

you might be getting an acne cyst which is a simple pimple that is squeezed too much or just happens to burst inwards and inflamme the surrounding tissue, redening it and swelling the nose.
If you think I'm right then you need to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic, probably doxycycline capsules to urgently treat the infection/ inflammation
Creams etc may be blocking up the blackheads on your nose and cause the trouble
