Does Tanning Pills Work

Do tanning pills really work when used while tanning at the salon?

Okay so I've just started my usual tanning routine before summer. I'm not fair skinned. I can tan it just takes me a while to get to the color that I want to be. And if I'm not continuously tanning it will fade pretty quickly. So I read up on tanning pills that I can take while I'm tanning. Supposedly they'll help in giving me a deeper tan. Has anyone used them? And do they really work? Thanks!

I would not use tanning pills at all.. just be patient when trying to acheive the color u want.. thats really the best advice i can give. and make sure that u moisturize ur skin everyday to maintain ur tan
