i migh have gotten fired but i dont know if i care or not how do i learn to deal with the horrible work ethic of dumb ass stuck up teenage drama queens when i work at a tanning salon. i haven been working there long like 6 or 7 months but i already got promoted from assistant to associate. the other girls are of cousre mad and upset and taking it out on me. im fed up with it and dont even know if its worth it to stress out and keep the job but i am now a teenager living on my own with hardly any support from parents and need the money what can i do i am going crazy with these girls

as associate.... do you oversee these girls? if yes.... then report their misbehavior......... tell them that if they don't shape up.... they will be let go.

if you are above them...... and they are being rude to you..... that is insubordination..... grounds for being fired.

report them....... then see what happens.
