I would go for the Toshiba based on the specifications alone since it has a 15.4" widescreen and larger hard drive capacity. Also Toshiba has .11a/b/g which give you a bit more choices when it comes to wireless.

However, Toshiba will most likely be heavier and larger so I guess you need to decide whether you want portability or feature here. Good luck making your purchase.
