To Reduce Forehead Lines All You Need To Do Are These Three Things

Some sources may say that the best way to reduce forehead lines is to stop making facial expressions or get a Botox injection. If you're like me, you are interested in safer more natural alternatives. Those alternatives are the focal points of this article.

Wear a Hat

Most people enjoy spending time outdoors, especially during the spring and fall. The temperature during those seasons can be deceiving. You may end up spending more time in the sun than you intended without protection.

During the summer months, the heat may drive you in after a short period of time. During cold winter months, most people spend most of their time indoors anyway. That's why I say that spring and fall are the seasons to worry about.

If you get in the habit of wearing a hat, you will have natural protection against UV rays of sunlight. UV exposure can cause free radical damage and dermatologists say that free radical damage is the primary cause of wrinkles.
 
They also say that protecting it from sunlight consistently for about six months will result in smoother more youthful looking skin. But, they warn that the damage can be redone relatively quickly.

Use Zinc Oxide Sun-block When Necessary

A sunscreen cannot actually do anything to reduce forehead lines, although you will see the ingredients in practically all anti-aging creams on the market. You don't need to use a sunscreen on a daily basis. That could actually be detrimental, because the body needs sunlight to make vitamin D.

The only sun-block that I trust is zinc oxide and I only use it when I am spending the day outside and forgot to wear my hat. It is a naturally occurring mineral that can be found in some women's makeup. 

Use a Moisturizer Containing COQ10

COQ10 is one of the few ingredients that have been proven to reduce forehead lines. Only the nano-emulsion form has been used in the clinical studies, but judging from the results, it is possible to reverse sun damage and improve the skin's appearance dramatically in about three months time.

I personally use a moisturizer containing the nano-emulsion form of COQ10. It contains other natural nourishing ingredients, too. I choose only natural ingredients, because my primary concern is my skin's health.

So, that's how to reduce forehead lines in three simple steps.
