Self Tanners, which is better? Neutrogena "Build a Tan" or Dove Energy Glow Daily Moisturizer?

Im pale... not red head porcelain pale but not tan. My face has freckles, my arms and legs are a little more tan than my face, back, and stomach. Do these products work? Which one is better?

I have use Neutrogena and it has worked for me. I am very fair so I don't want to look orange and it works
well. I usually buy small at first to try out.
