Does putting hand/body lotion on your face help get rid of achne?

This question is for my little sister, she is 16 and is having trouble getting clear skin. She was told putting hand or body lotion on her face would help her get clear achne free skin.

Does anyone know if thats true?
Can you give ideas that might help her?

def. nott =) hand/body lotion is for body & hands strictly. if she puts it on her face, it's going to cause more acne cause of the oils in the lotions. if she wants to get rid of acne, she should sleep before 10 p.m. & wash her face 2 times a dayy. tell her not to eat greasy/oily/sugary foods. she shouldn't eat a lot of red meat, but should consume a lot of veggies & fruits. drink lots of water & don't get stressed out about acne. shouldn't use products with alcohol, enlargens pores & dries out skin. use soft & natural facial wash. exfoliate at least twice a month.
