Why is my chin darker than the rest of my face? Uneven tan or jaundice?

I use spray sun tan lotion when I go outside so I wonder if maybe the reason my chin is a different color is because I didn't spray that part as good as the rest of my face. Im pretty sure thats what it is, but I am a hypochondriac so I looked up things what it might be, Ive asked people if it might be jaundice or something like that, but they told me all of my face would be yellow as would be my eyes, so Im pretty sure it isn't that. Is there a way to make the chin lighter?
