My face is getting dry patches on it and today when I put my makeup on it felt tight.?

It looks like leather, almost like I've tanned to much, which I never do. I wash my face daily, usually with Oil of Olay soap for sensitive skin and follow up with a moisturizer. Once a week I use St. Ives apricot scrub to exfoliate and also follow up with a moisturizer. I've never had this problem in the past. It started all of the suedden.

4 tips for keeping your skin rejuvenated during the summer months

Occasionally we all wonder about the methods celebrities follow to make themselves look gorgeous.

1. Dig deep: To take care of facial skin you need to go below the surface. Begin by getting rid of dead skin layers. This is no small matter as you will need to exfoliate on a daily basis.
