Will my skin remain in great condition if...?

...I always use spf 30 faceblock for the rest of my life? I am 24 and have only had two stints of sun burn in my life, but I feel like I want to keep protected all the time now as I can tell the sun really does destroy skin cells.

its good to be sensible when it comes to the sun, but theres also such thing as melanoma caused by NOT ENOUGH sun. my grandma always wore a hat and 30 spf sunscreen on her face but ended up getting loads of skin cancers on her face, because she didnt let any sun on it at all. stick to 30 spf on your body, but 15spf on your face. it will be sufficient to protect your skin, but still allows your skin to get SOME sun. and wear sunglasses to protect the skin around your eyes from getting wrinkles.

With warm weather just around the corner, I decided to look into some new sunscreen and turned to the Skin Deep Database for some guidance.
