I know how to use eye makeup but I'm not so sure on what Bronzer and Powder makeup are
bronzer can be used to either give your face more color or to contour. by contouring i mean using bronzer to shade in areas of your face to make it more defined. like along your cheekbone to make them more prominent or along the sides of your nose to make it look thinner/higher.
powder in general is used to set your skin makeup. like if you put on foundation, blush, and bronze and you want it to last longer you would dust over your face with some powder. it absorbs oil which keeps the makeup from melting off your face or rubbing off. powder is usually translucent and doesn't really add any coverage to your face. it just mattifies and sets your face
