Fair Medium Best hair color for someone with fair skin, medium green eyes, mild freckles, and curly hair?
I have dirty blonde hair naturally, but I can't decide whether to go blonde or darker brown. I'm also getting dark blue contacts soon, if that helps at all
go for dark brown hair, they look lovely with green eyes.

Traditionally July can be a slow month in the Scottish property market. Schools are on holiday and the traditional "Fair Fortnight" and trades holidays see many head for sunnier climes.
It has been encouraging therefore to see that this July has rather bucked that trend and many agents across East Central Scotland are reporting their best month for sales in 3 or 4 months. So what are the reasons for this improvement, is it just a blip or can it be sustained? To continue with the seasonal theme, certainly one swallow doesn't make a summer but there are reasons to be less pessimistic than the national media would have us believe we ought to be.
The last two months have seen one of the sharpest corrections in the market place for over a generation. In Fife prices have come back by 10% and above in some cases. As this fact has sunk in and those on the market have come to understand that a falling market is not all doom and gloom a degree of equilibrium has returned. For those moving up the market the funding gap between this sale and the next purchase actually shrinks meaning up-sizers ( the majority ) actually benefit from having to find less to make their move and in many cases need a smaller mortgage than this time last year.
Falling prices inevitably mean that there are bargains to be had and I know of at least one home being sold in Dunfermline with a virtually new family saloon thrown in. Bellway homes are making sizable contributions to utility or food shopping for 6 months as an incentive on some of their sites.
Canny Scots who have always had an eye for a bargain are being tempted by these new market conditions and with most still in secure employment the market has recovered a little. I do not predict a return to the levels of activity seen in the first half of 2007 for several years nor that prices will recover to their former levels until 2010. That need not however be seen as a bad thing and with interest rates not due to change terribly much in the short or medium term buyers and sellers alike who accept the new landscape have little to fear.
