Fake Bake--self tanners in general?

I am a very pale and if I go to a tanning bed, it can take weeks just to get color, and then I lose it right away if I stop even for a few days. Not only is this a pain, it causes me to get white sun spots all over. I have finally found a sunless tanning product that work perfect for me which is Fake Bake lotion, but it causes me to break out really bad all over. I absoultely love the color and how dark, but NOT orange it gets. Does anyone know of any lotions that work just as good as Fake Bake?
I have used regular tanning lotions with DHA and have had the Fantasy Airbrush tanning done before, so I don't think that is what it could be?

Sounds like your sensitive to DHA (dehydroxyacetone) the ingredie3nt used to DYE the skin in self tanners and mist on machines. You should use a Moisturizer with a Tint.
This has a very little amount of self tanner in the moisturizer that builds color gradually with use. This way you are putting on a low dosage of the DHA so your skin can get used to it and you can control the level of darkness that you want.

You MUST EXFOLIATE prior to sun exposure OR self tanners because dead skin builds up and causes SUN spots and blotchiness as well as qucik fading. This will leave the skin smooth and clean for a deeper longer lasting tan.

If you find that you still cant use a product with DHA then you need a NATURAL bronzer (something that uses cocoa bean, walnut extract, honey, etc) instead of DHA (chemical) to dye your skin.
