I have oily skin, what to do?

Hi everyone,
SO my question/problem is that I have oily skin and so its prone to acne, my face was really bad in the past since I was 14 my face started to break out ugly.
Well it cleared allot (not completely) with meds and all.
Now i dont know what to do for cleanser.
I've used soooo many cleansers that IDK wich one is the right one
I am currently using Neutrogena deep clean invigorating ultra foam cleanser, after that I use the toner (same brand and all) but it really dries my skin so then I use (same brand) oil free moisturizer.
The thing is that my face keeps getting really oily, its disgusting.
IDK what to do.
the toner has alcohol in it. is that ok?
Can you please help, give some ideas on what to do for not having oily skin, wich products to use? cleansers? do I need to use toners and moisturizers. I am soo confused.
I'm 16 btw, I dont have alot of acne (light)
