how long will fresh chicken stock keep in the fridge for?

I made a pan of fresh chicken stock from carcass, how long can i keep it in the fridge for??

It depends on the amount of salt you added to it and the fridge temperature. Most of the time its good for a week without added salt and in a fridge that may not be as cold as others. It will last longer with a little salt added and a fridge that cools to about 34F. Just like expiration dates on foods you purchase you can save food cost by keeping your fridge at 34F I do this and my milk last at least a week sometimes 2 weeks past the expiration date printed on the carton.
