i heard that selsin blue shampoo if used as a body wash will help get rid of sunspots from the tanning salon.. true?

i have heard that or head n shoulders but you have to put it on before tanning then go tan and you can buy sun spot remover from tropi tan if there are any in your area or go to the doc. the spots are a fungal infection that is not harmful.
