epiduo face gel - how well does it work?

how long does it take for epiduo face gel to start working, and does it keep working well? my son started with it only a week ago, so far i see no difference. am i just be impatient?!

At first I wasnt see big changes when i started it, but you have to qive it time. it works wonders. (:
