XADO Gel for engine restoring?

What is your opinion on the Xado gel additives for inplace engine repair? The site is www.xado.com in Ukraine.
According to them it rebuilds the worn out engines so long as nothings broken. We have their shop here in my city (Karachi) also now. The reason I ask is they have a full fledged company in USA (and else where in the world) and I know that in USA if a product does not do as advertised then there are remedies. Not here though. My 1998 Hyundai Excel saloon was treated with 3 tubes as advised at about 140,000 km on the odo meter and was to have been completely "revitalized" by 3k-4k, but it still has blowby and weak engine? I have read some reports by customers on their web site in USA which pay glowing tributes to the products! Different products claiming the same effect are also seen on the net. Is this a scam like the 'free electric generator' and 'electric saver devices' peddeled on the net?

You are misreading their claim. Nowhere do they claim to "rebuild" or "repair" your engine.

They only claim it will "revitalize" your engine, causing a chemical/heat reaction with small bits of metal in your oil to fill in small nicks and scratches in the metal. This is supposed to a) increase fuel efficiency, b) decrease bad emissions, c) protect the engine from wear, d) increase compression, and e) reduce noise.

It will not "repair" your engine.
