Guard Sunscreen Spf

I never tan I only sunburn. I have to be outside everyday?

So I'm in color guard. Every day until july 19 I have to be outside from 2pm-6pm. And the week of july 19 I have to be outside from 8am-9pm everyday because I have band camp. The problem is I get sunburned no matter how much sun screen I put on. I don't really tan at all. The only place that doesn't burn is my arms. I use 50 or 100 spf sunscreen and I re-apply when we get breaks. What can I do to protect myself from the sun?
I can't reapply whenever I want to because I'll still get in trouble for it. I have to be on the marching field at all times unless we're on break.
I can't wear longer clothes because it's 80-90 degrees outside, and I don't want to overheat.
I can't be in the shade because there are no trees on the field, and I can't wear a hat because I'll be twirling and tossing my flag.

I also burn through sun screen. I have very pale skin.

I have found one that works for me. I still burn but not badly, I may get a little pink. It's made by Ocean Potion it's anti aging with an spf of 70.

Stay out of the sun as much as possible, drink lots of water and if possible wear a hat to help protect your face and head. And remember if it's cloudy out you will burn twice as fast because the suns UV rays are intensified by clouds.
